Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in 2002 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law (Wilmington) in 2005. Nick was the Valedictorian of his Widener Law graduating class and was a member of its prestigious Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

From 2005 through 2010, Nick was an attorney at the Philadelphia law firm Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, where his practice concentrated on complex litigation and sophisticated business matters.

Assistant District Attorney

Office of the District Attorney of Delaware County

From 2010 through 2012, Nick served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County where he successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal defendants.

Estate and Litigation Attorney

Raffaele Puppio

From 2012 through 2018, Nick was an attorney with the law firm of Raffaele Puppio in Media, PA. While at Raffaele Puppio, Nick focused his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and General Litigation. Nick also served as outside counsel to various governmental agencies.
