Estate Planning – Fee Schedule

All estate planning packages include:

  • Initial consultation (phone or in-person)
  • Drafting of the necessary documents
  • Final meeting (in-person) to answer questions and execute the final documents

Wills Package – Option A

  • Simple Will
  • General Durable Power of Attorney
  • Durable Health Care Power of Attorney
  • Living Will

$500-1,000

Wills Package – Option B

  • Simple Will (with Testamentary Trust)
  • General Durable Power of Attorney
  • Durable Health Care Power of Attorney
  • Living Will

$750 – $1,500

Revocable Living Trust Package

  • Simple Revocable Living Trust
  • Pour-Over Will
  • General Durable Power of Attorney
  • Durable Health Care Power of Attorney
  • Living Will

$1,500 – 2,500

Special Needs Trusts & other advanced planning

Fee Determined After Review

Orloff Law reserves the right to increase the above fees in special circumstances where excessive travel is required or where the work we are asked to perform well exceeds our expectations based on the information initially provided to us by the client.

Estate Administration – Fee Schedule

Attorney fees are an expense of the estate administration and are paid from the assets of the Estate. The Firm will apply one of the two billing options from below.

Estate Administration – Option A

Negotiated flat fee based on the
value of the estate and
work to be performed.

Estate Administration – Option B

The Estate will be billed at a rate of
